The Mewtwo 23K Gold-Plated Trading Card was a limited-edition promotional item released by Burger King in 1999 to coincide with the release of Pokémon: The First Movie. 

Condition: minimal wear to the surface, the front is gleaming with only tiny blemishes, the back is excellent, I don't believe this was removed from case and exposed to too much handling
